What is Integrity In-Home Pet Care?

Abraham was a dog that came into my life in 2019. I never could have imagined the depth of the mark he inevitably left on my heart, and how he inspired me so much after our short time together. Abe was rescued by Clark County Animal Control from a rural area after a good samaritan reported a large dog in poor condition he was brought to the Humane Society for Southwest Washington. After the physical and emotional trauma of neglect and abandonment, his health and wellbeing improved greatly in his recovery the months following his homecoming, but he was now a special needs animal in his new life. He required continued veterinary care and competent handling and leadership to navigate his new life, while living to survive he had lost his confidence and senses of security that left life-long effects on his wellbeing. Sadly, the goals we had for him to live a long and happy life with us were cut short by a diagnosis of an aggressive Cancer in his spine at the age of 4. Abe experienced and enjoyed life and love in his final days, to include a New York steak cooked just for him. He is remembered now for the beautiful and goofy soul he carried, inspiring what we do now, and our goals to help more dogs just like him to live the best lives we can give.
